　　Responsibilities:
　　1.Deliveradvisory services to clients on corporate recovery, restructuring, financialreview, insolvency, exit strategy, liquidation, bankruptcy, disposition of nonperforming investment and matters relating to distressed investments.
　　2. Planscope of work, monitor, supervise and review work of staff on ReorganizationServices engagements.
　　3.Draftreports for partner review and report of findings to clients in a timely manner.
　　4. Ensurecompliance within the team with Deloitte policies and quality/performancestandards.
　　5.Participatein major client pursuits including proposal preparation.
　　6. Manageand supervise senior and junior staff in day to day work
　　7.Beresponsible for group administration, training, overall *uation andcounseling of subordinates.
　　Qualifications:
　　1.Bachelordegree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management orrelated disciplines.
　　2.Certificationof CICPA, HKICPA, Lawyer Certificate or relevant qualification is preferred butnot essential.
　　3.ForManager 5 years' relevant experience preferably in reputable firm.
　　4.In-depthunderstanding of corporate recovery, restructuring, financial review,insolvency, exit strategy, liquidation and bankruptcy.
　　5.Stronganalytical skill with high commitment to quality client service.
　　6. Strongconsultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player andwillingness to work under pressure.
　　7. Mature,proactive and committed.
　　8. Excellentproject management and interpersonal skills.
　　9. Excellentleadership and business development skills
　　10. Excellentwritten and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese,including both technical and business writing, good documentation andpresentation skills.
