　　題目中說“the number of peopleemployed remains unchanged”，” holding the working-agepopulation constant”，也就是就業(yè)人數(shù)不變，工作年齡人口數(shù)量不變，而勞動參與率下降，所以，laborforce數(shù)量減少，unemployed數(shù)量減少。
　　unemployment rate=unemployed/labor force=unemployed/（unemployed+employed）=1/（1+ employed/unemployed）
　　由于employed不變，unemployed減少，因此employed/ unemployed變大，進(jìn)而unemployment rate分母項(xiàng)變大，所以unemployment rate變小。
