　　HKICPA Quality assurance
　　The quality assurance department is headed by a director who is supported by professional and administrative review staff. The department has two main areas – practice review and professional standards monitoring. Both practice review and professional standards monitoring on practising members aim to raise the quality of their professional work.
 
　　In May 2010, we started our audit quality initiative, which has many dimensions. Our goal is to underscore the importance of audit quality to ourselves, and to state clearly to others why it is important and must be maintained.
