2015年FRM考試11月報(bào)名時(shí)間安排說(shuō)明
　　FRM每年考試時(shí)間都是一樣的嗎？No！Frm考試Part I和Part II考試每年5月和11月的第三個(gè)周六各舉行一次，Part I 8:00-12:00，Part II 14:00-18:00。2015年11月FRM考試時(shí)間為11月21日，請(qǐng)同學(xué)做好FRM考前復(fù)習(xí)準(zhǔn)備。2015年FRM考試*9階段報(bào)名已開(kāi)始，截止到7月31日。自2015年8月1日起，2015年11月FRM考試第二階段報(bào)名開(kāi)啟，截止時(shí)間為2015年8月31日，您需要持有護(hù)照或駕照或國(guó)際信用卡。
　　FRM考試能退考嗎？能退款嗎？

　　考試費(fèi)用不安排退款，但考生可以申請(qǐng)考試延期。請(qǐng)注意，考生不能將考試資格轉(zhuǎn)讓予其他考生。
　　No refunds are given. You may request to have your registration deferred to the next examination date. Please note you cannot transfer your registration to another candidate.
　　FRM考生只能延期考試一次，請(qǐng)考生注意：
　　考試延期政策Exam Deferral Policy
　　1、 決定延期考試的考生，必須在考試注冊(cè)日期的截止日之前提交延期考試申請(qǐng)。例如，2015年5月份的FRM考試注冊(cè)日的最后一天為4月15日，11月份的FRM考試注冊(cè)日的最后一天為10月15日。
　　2、申請(qǐng)延期考試須繳納100美金的費(fèi)用，此項(xiàng)費(fèi)用必須通過(guò)信用卡支付。
　　3、如果你在提交延期考試申請(qǐng)表之后改變主意，想取消延期考試的申請(qǐng)和如期參加考試，你必須在當(dāng)前考試注冊(cè)日期的最后一天前聯(lián)系GARP協(xié)會(huì)，取消延期考試須繳納100美元的費(fèi)用。
　　4、作為一個(gè)延期考試的考生，你會(huì)自動(dòng)注冊(cè)到下一期的考試，并且不得再延期。如果你仍然想取消考試，那么你將放棄全部已經(jīng)繳納的考試費(fèi)用，并需要重新繳納考試費(fèi)用以參加新一期的FRM考試。
　　An FRM candidate may only defer their exam registration once to the next examination date. Please note:
　　· A deferral to the next examination period must be submitted by the last day of Registration. For example, the last day of registration for May is April 15th; and for November's Exam the last day of registration is October 15th.
　　· There is an administrative processing fee of USD 100 and this fee must be payable via credit card at the time of your request.
　　· If you change your mind after submitting the Deferral Form and want to sit for the FRM exam during the current exam period, you need to contact GARP by the last day of the current Registration period; there is an administrative processing fee of USD 100.
　　· As a deferred FRM Candidate, you will automatically be re-enrolled in the next cycle. If you decide not to attend the next exam, you will forfeit all exam fees and have to re-register as a new candidate.
　　Note: Any study materials you purchased for this year's exam may not all be applicable for next year's exam since the Study Guide and suggested readings will change from year to year.
　　Note: An additional administrative processing fee of $50 may apply, at management's discretion.
