　　Venue:                        Ya Tai Ge, Intercontinental Shanghai Ruijin Hotel, 118 Ruijin Er Road, Shanghai (上海市瑞金二路118號上海瑞金洲際酒店雅泰閣)
　　Register:                     5:00pm
　　Dinner:                      6:00p.m.
　　To facilitate with administrative arrangements, we would appreciate if you would kindly complete and return the enclosed Registration Form to Lily Huang by email at membersh@cpacanada.net.cnor by fax at 021-64393298 before Monday, January 12nd, 2015.
