Responsibilities
Able to lead team to finish audit of large enterprise;
Strong ability to work effectively & independently;
Controlling project, identifying and solving problems;
Making audit plan, assigning job to member of team and monitoring project progress;
Demonstrated management skills, including the ability to train and develop staff (on or off the projects), manage project budgets,and develop strong client relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor degree and relevant professional qualifications;
At least Five years' experience in firm, and experience in BIG 4 firm is a plus;
A consulting mind-set and experience;
Multi-national and cross-border project experience;
Profound knowledge on finance operational model including finance organization structure, finance control model, etc.;
Group facilitation and presentation skills;
The ability to work directly with senior management and employees throughout client organizations;
The ability to manage and communicate project risk and issue with mitigation and solution proposed;
Able to work with high flexibility due to timeliness or other constraints;
Fluency in English and Mandarin;
ACCA,AICPA,ASCPA,CGA,HKICPA,NZICPA,CICPA or equivalent qualifications for manager and above positions.
