　　KeyResponsibilities/Challenges:
　　·Perform fieldworkon financial due diligence engagements.
　　·Assist manager inplanning of the due diligence work
　　·Assist manager incompleting financial due diligence reports
　　·Perform otherjob-related duties as necessary.
　　Qualifications &Skills
　　·Fluentin English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
　　·Graduatedegree (preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration).
　　·Two– four years of experience in accounting or audit, or one year in transactionadvisory (focus on due diligence engagement).
　　·Strongreport writing skills (English and Mandarin).
　　·Strongknowledge of China GAAP and/or IFRS and/or US GAAP.
　　·Auditexperience in Big Four will be a plus but not a must.
　　·Strongpresentation and communication skills.
