  職位職能: 財(cái)務(wù)分析員
  職位描述: Purpose of Position:職位目標(biāo): Assist FC to complete the monthly management reporting, budget, forecast, 5 years plan in accuracy and timely delivery. Provide answer of variance. 協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)完成每月管理報(bào)告,預(yù)算,估算,5年計(jì)劃,確保準(zhǔn)確,及時(shí)提交.提供分歧回答. Job Responsibilities: 崗位職責(zé): 1.Monthly variance analysis report with clear explanation against budget/ FCT sent to HQs and country function after approved by FC 每月差異分析報(bào)告,清楚解釋送交總部的預(yù)算/FCT,由財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)同意后進(jìn)行國(guó)內(nèi)運(yùn)作. 2.Complete monthly rolling forecast package based on actual information from accounting team, send to HQs and country function after approved by FC and GM. 基于財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén)實(shí)際信息的完整月滾動(dòng)預(yù)測(cè),遞交總部,由財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)和總經(jīng)理同意后進(jìn)行國(guó)內(nèi)運(yùn)作. 3.Work out budget, RAG and 5 years plan with clear explanation of variance against different period, send to HQs and country function after approved by FC and GM. 制作預(yù)算,RAG和5年計(jì)劃,清楚解釋不同階段差異,遞交總部,由財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)和總經(jīng)理同意后進(jìn)行國(guó)內(nèi)運(yùn)作. 4.Double check the correction of offer and initiative format/ formula, assumption etc, Assist Costing Analyst to follow up LIM system, Initiative approval checking with HQs. 兩次檢查報(bào)價(jià),原始格式公式和設(shè)想等的修改,跟蹤LIM系統(tǒng)的協(xié)助成本分析,與總部核對(duì)原始批準(zhǔn). 5.Audit correction of accounting data input and output, assist accounting Supervisor for year-end closing. 財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)輸入和輸出的審計(jì)修改,協(xié)助會(huì)計(jì)主管進(jìn)行年底總結(jié). 6.Involve in financial software design, using and implementation. 參與財(cái)務(wù)軟件的開(kāi)發(fā),使用和實(shí)行. 7.Provide relative financial analysis to FC for monthly presentation of management meeting. 為財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)每月的管理會(huì)議陳述提供相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)分析. 8.Aware of opportunities and risks in the business, support FC to take action for risks of business. Check, trail and exposure the negative impact in the business control. 注意商業(yè)機(jī)遇和風(fēng)險(xiǎn),支持財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)對(duì)商業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)采取行動(dòng).審查,跟蹤,揭示商業(yè)控制中的負(fù)面影響. 9.Others given by FC and GM 其他財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)和總經(jīng)理提出的工作要求.
  Job Requirements: 崗位要求 1.University degree major in Accounting or Economy or Business Management; 財(cái)務(wù),經(jīng)濟(jì)或工商管理專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)歷. 2.Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience preferably in a Foreign Invested Manufacturing Company; 至少5年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有外資生產(chǎn)企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先考慮. 3.Understand well CAS and IFAS Principle, PRC tax laws and regulations; 精通CAS和IFAS準(zhǔn)則,PRC稅務(wù)法規(guī)和規(guī)定. 4.Familiar with ERP software and Hyperion system, good at MS-excel and access software application; 熟悉ERP軟件和Hyperion系統(tǒng),擅長(zhǎng)MS-excel和軟件應(yīng)用. 5.A member of teamwork and excellent apprehensibility, strong logic sense to catch the key point; 團(tuán)隊(duì)合作成員,擁有杰出的理解力,較強(qiáng)的邏輯能力抓住重點(diǎn) 6.Good command of English both in spoken and written; 較好地掌握英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和書(shū)面表達(dá)能力. 7.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills; 良好的溝通能力和人際關(guān)系處理能力.
  Training: 培訓(xùn) 1.CPA/ CMA professional certification CPA/CMA 專(zhuān)業(yè)證明 2.MS - Excel and Access MS-Excel 和 Access 3.Company business procedure understanding, well know the internal control procedures and ERP application 理解公司商業(yè)程序,清楚理解內(nèi)部控制程序和ERP的應(yīng)用. 4.Management and teamwork skill 管理和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作技能 5.Other relevant training based on the job requirements 其他職位要求所需的相關(guān)培訓(xùn).
