From the time that I graduated college, I wanted to work in analysis and reporting, but it was difficult to find a job in the finance field. I started in Purchasing, and immediately began looking for a certification that would allow me to take what I learned in college and apply it to my professional life. I found that the CMA program gave me a broad range of skills, helped me to understand what was needed in the financial management role, and built my confidence.
從我大學(xué)畢業(yè)的那時(shí)起，我就想從事財(cái)務(wù)分析與報(bào)告方面的工作，但是在財(cái)務(wù)領(lǐng)域很難找到像這樣一份工作。于是我就從采購(gòu)做起，很快的開(kāi)始發(fā)現(xiàn)一個(gè)認(rèn)證可以讓我充分利用大學(xué)里面所學(xué)的知識(shí)而且這個(gè)認(rèn)證能夠應(yīng)用到整個(gè)職業(yè)生涯。我發(fā)現(xiàn)CMA認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目能夠拓寬我的專業(yè)技能、幫助我了解在財(cái)務(wù)管理角色上需要怎樣的技能要求，更重要的是建立了我的自信心。
I have a passion for numbers—they tell a story. But it’s important to understand the language of the numbers and what they are telling you, so that management can make smart decisions based on that information.
我對(duì)數(shù)字保持著激情——數(shù)字反映故事。然而重要的是我們要善于理解數(shù)字語(yǔ)言以及數(shù)字正在告訴我們什么，只有這樣管理者才能依據(jù)有效信息做出明智正確的決策。
What I learned through the CMA program helped me to qualify for a senior treasury associate position, and then I was able to move into Reporting and Budgeting. I can always find something from the CMA course that applies to my work.
我通過(guò)CMA認(rèn)證所學(xué)的知識(shí)幫助我成功勝任資金部高級(jí)助理職位，那時(shí)我就能夠進(jìn)入財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告與預(yù)算領(lǐng)域，我總是能夠從CMA課程中找到一些應(yīng)用到實(shí)際工作中的知識(shí)。
I am also taking advantage of other IMA programs—I use the webinars a lot—and I think IMA helps me build professional and leadership skills. We are just now relaunching IMA’s Egypt Chapter, and I was elected president of the Chapter, so I’m looking forward to building a base of active members.
我也發(fā)揮CMA認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目的其他優(yōu)勢(shì)——參加在線研討會(huì)——我認(rèn)為IMA幫我建立了專業(yè)與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技能。如今，我們剛剛啟動(dòng)埃及IMA協(xié)會(huì)，我成功當(dāng)選該協(xié)會(huì)的總裁，期待發(fā)展和構(gòu)建積極活躍的會(huì)員機(jī)構(gòu)。
