科目關聯(lián)(Relation Diagram)
Management Accounting(MA)《管理會計》課程中的相關知識首先與Performance Management(PM)《業(yè)績管理》和Advanced Performance Management(APM)《高級業(yè)績管理》這兩門科目中的知識有所關聯(lián)。此外，還會涉及到一定的Strategic Business Leader(SBL)《戰(zhàn)略商業(yè)報告》。
而在MA課程中學到的知識，將會運用到學員后續(xù)高階課程的PM以APM科目的學習中。MA課程中的Part B最后一章節(jié)Alternative costing methods會出現(xiàn)在PM的Part A，Part E有關Performance management的部分會出現(xiàn)在PM以及APM課程里。
MA課程中為之后的PM課程以及高階必修的SBR課程打下基礎。而MA課程直接承接的是PM，二者緊密關聯(lián)，MA培養(yǎng)學員基礎的管理會計技巧和認知，PM以及APM則培養(yǎng)學員更高級、真實的業(yè)績管理能力。所以對于后期選修對APM有興趣的學員來說，MA更是極為重要的一門科目!
新課程框架和新考綱(New Framework and Syllabus)
整體變化是增加了一個版塊，這個版塊整合了關于Date analysis and statistical techniques的內(nèi)容，同時又新增了一些這個內(nèi)容的其他知識點。
第一個變化
新增版塊Data analysis and statistical techniques成為了Part B部分。但是其他版塊內(nèi)容不變，以此往后順延。由原來的Part A-Part E 5個Part的內(nèi)容;變成了現(xiàn)在Part A-Part F 6個Part的內(nèi)容。
第二個變化
將原來考綱Part C Budgeting中的Statistical techniques這個知識點放在了新考綱Part B Data analysis and statistical techniques的Forecasting techniques中。
第三個變化
新增了一部分的知識點。一個是Big data and analysis，放在了Part A The nature,source and purpose ofmanagement information的Sources of data中;一個是Summarising and analysing data，放在了Part B Date analysis and statistical technique。
對于此次考綱的調(diào)整，可以看出對Date analysis and statistical techniques進行了一個整合。內(nèi)容基本不變，我們主要看的就是新增的知識點。
新增知識點1：Big data and analysis
考綱要求的是Describe the main uses of big data andanalytics for organisations。那也就是需要大家知道和分析大數(shù)據(jù)在企業(yè)中的用途?？荚囈廊蛔疃嗍且赃x擇題形式進行考察。
新增知識點2：Summarising and analysing data
考綱要求：
a)Calculate the mean,mode and median forungrouped data and the mean for groupeddata.
b)Calculate measures of dispersion including thevariance,standard deviation and coefficient ofvariation both grouped and ungrouped data.
c)Calculate expected values for use in decisionmaking.
d)Explain the properties of a normaldistribution.
e)Interpret normal distribution graphs and tables
那么要求大家掌握的就是對均值、中位數(shù)、離散度、標準差、變異系數(shù)、均值及期望值等的計算。對正太分布圖，要了解它的性質(zhì)并能夠解讀其中的含義?？荚囃ǔ杂嬎惴治龅刃问竭M行考察。

MA課程考試形式和分值分布：
Section A是35道2分的填空選擇，一共70分;Section B是3道大題，每題10分，各來自Part C、D、E，也是填空選擇的形式。
