ACCA P3科目介紹:
P3《商業(yè)分析》主要圍繞的是三個(gè)部分進(jìn)行講述:
1. 戰(zhàn)略定位。運(yùn)用相關(guān)預(yù)測(cè)技巧對(duì)現(xiàn)有環(huán)境和將來(lái)環(huán)境的戰(zhàn)略定位進(jìn)行分析;主要關(guān)注的是企業(yè)的外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部能力和期望;
2. 戰(zhàn)略選擇。戰(zhàn)略選擇關(guān)注的是企業(yè)未來(lái)的決策,以及應(yīng)對(duì)現(xiàn)有和將來(lái)戰(zhàn)略定位影響和壓力的方式;
3. 戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施。戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施關(guān)注的是戰(zhàn)略選擇的實(shí)施和轉(zhuǎn)變戰(zhàn)略選擇為公司行為。這些行為包括在業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程重組、信息技術(shù)、項(xiàng)目管理、財(cái)務(wù)分析和人力資源這幾個(gè)方面。
ACCA P3科目關(guān)聯(lián)性:
P3《商業(yè)分析》是運(yùn)用相關(guān)的商業(yè)模型對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略定位、戰(zhàn)略選擇和戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施。P3 與之前學(xué)過(guò)的F1、F5 課程直接的聯(lián)系,F(xiàn)1、F5 有些內(nèi)容是在P3 這門(mén)課程中得到完整講述。P3 的有些內(nèi)容和F7、P5 有間接聯(lián)系。
ACCA P3科目考試形式:
P3 的考試時(shí)長(zhǎng)為3 小時(shí),分為兩個(gè)部分,A 部分一道題50 分為必選題;B 部分共有三道題每道25 分,可以任選兩題作答。

Embed your knowledge on the core models from Johnson and Scholes (the examiner based this paper on their work).
When answering questions, write answers like you are writing to your senior management. Make it as professional as possible. Marks are allocated to this in section A.
Do not start writing answers straightaway. Take a minute to think about the structure and presentation of the answers.
It is important with this level to remember that writing lots of knowledge and theory will not get you through the exam. The key is application to the material and expanding the relevance to the scenario.
We suggest watching the news / reading the papers, but with a critical eye. For instance when you see that a business has launched a new product or moved into a new market think about the theories you have learnt that may be relevant. In this case it could be:
Porter’s generic strategies
Ansoff
Bowman’s clock
Then apply those theories to the real life situation – understand why they have created this product/why they have gone into this market. With practice you will find it easier to apply the theories to the scenario.
And of course you can do this for other areas of the syllabus.
There is nothing worse for a marker than getting a script which is just a page of writing. Try to think about making your script easier to read for the marker. Headings and Sub-headings along with a bit of space will help. Then use your paragraph to explain the point you are making.
If it is easy for the marker to see the points being made this can make the difference between pass and fail for a borderline script, include application, plus relevance within your statement, avoid listing.
If you use the word ‘and’ in your answer, are you making two separate points? If yes, maybe you need to split your paragraph into two headings / sub-headings.
There are 3 professional marks which will constitute professionalism, presentation and layout.
Know the theory and apply it.
Create mindmaps of the key knowledge, then learn these.
Do practice questions under timed conditions and if possible, get them marked.
Make sure you’ve read all the current examiner articles, available on MyKaplan or the ACCA website.
Get good business awareness – read a quality newspaper.
Use the reading time to select questions, and get frameworks for answer plans.
Do a section B question first.
Don’t focus on the numbers – do not spend more than 15 minutes on them per question.
Watch the clock – allocate your time efficiently – don’t overrun.
Layout your answers in a way that the marker can clearly read and understand.
Read the question carefully!
ACCA P3科目復(fù)習(xí)方法
首先說(shuō)一說(shuō)我是怎么準(zhǔn)備ACCA考試的。每個(gè)人都有自己的一套學(xué)習(xí)方法,剛開(kāi)始考1.1,1.2時(shí),完全沒(méi)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)可言。我記得當(dāng)時(shí)總是弄不清楚到底是該看書(shū)還是做習(xí)題,總覺(jué)得一定要把書(shū)看懂。但是一路考下來(lái),我覺(jué)得書(shū)起到了一個(gè)支持、輔助的作用,它可以幫助我掌握具體知識(shí),我一般是跟著學(xué)校老師上課的進(jìn)度來(lái)看教材,教材是很好的學(xué)習(xí)材料,但是從考試得角度來(lái)說(shuō),并不是最重要的。練習(xí)冊(cè)和歷年試題是我備考的重點(diǎn),這兩者在本質(zhì)上沒(méi)什么太大的區(qū)別,其實(shí)練習(xí)冊(cè)上的大部分題目也都是真題,就我個(gè)人習(xí)慣來(lái)說(shuō),我喜歡直接做歷年試題。BPP練習(xí)冊(cè)上的答案是經(jīng)過(guò)BPP的老師重新整理的,理解起來(lái)更容易一些,條理也比較清楚。但歷年試卷上的答案是完全根據(jù)考官的思維來(lái)寫(xiě)的,是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的階梯思路和答案。所以我喜歡做試卷,我總覺(jué)得看試卷比較保險(xiǎn)一點(diǎn)(這個(gè)只是個(gè)人感覺(jué),沒(méi)什么依據(jù)的)。我會(huì)在看不懂試卷上答案的時(shí)候去看練習(xí)冊(cè)上答案,因?yàn)樵嚲砩嫌袝r(shí)候給的不會(huì)是一個(gè)完整的答案,就像P3,答案的內(nèi)容并不完全是解答的內(nèi)容。千萬(wàn)不要純粹地去背答案,如果要背,也一定要理解了再背,特別是到后面階段的考試,當(dāng)沒(méi)有完整的答案給你時(shí),必須要真正理解。我通常是做兩遍題,*9遍一般是直接看答案的,一是為了熟悉題目的提問(wèn)得類型,二是學(xué)習(xí)構(gòu)造答題框架并理解相關(guān)知識(shí)點(diǎn)。一般是至少做兩遍真題,因?yàn)闀r(shí)間的關(guān)系,我很少有機(jī)會(huì)完整的做完3遍真題,因?yàn)闀r(shí)間完全不夠。
然后說(shuō)說(shuō)串講吧,我們學(xué)校每次考試都會(huì)請(qǐng)老師給我們串講。他們都是很有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的老師,我通常是在串講之后才真正進(jìn)入一個(gè)復(fù)習(xí)的狀態(tài),差不多也就是一個(gè)多月的時(shí)間。我對(duì)串講很依賴,它是對(duì)整一門(mén)課知識(shí)的總結(jié),而且老師通常都會(huì)針對(duì)當(dāng)年考試的重點(diǎn)來(lái)安排上課的內(nèi)容的。
對(duì)于P3來(lái)說(shuō),其實(shí)也沒(méi)有什么特別之處,復(fù)習(xí)方法跟其他的也都一樣。很特別的一點(diǎn)就是它的答案常常不夠詳細(xì),要自己結(jié)合題目和給分點(diǎn)思考,得出一個(gè)自己的答案。P3更多的是與戰(zhàn)略分析相關(guān)的知識(shí)和各種模型的應(yīng)用。在看試卷的同時(shí),理解并學(xué)會(huì)用這些模型,我想只要這樣做了,通過(guò)P3絕對(duì)不是一件難事。
至于其他的,我想就是堅(jiān)持吧,特別是考到中間幾門(mén)課的時(shí)候,我在考2.6時(shí)曾經(jīng)還有過(guò)要放棄的想法,不過(guò)最終還是堅(jiān)持考下來(lái)。復(fù)習(xí)的時(shí)間確實(shí)很難熬,但是一定要堅(jiān)持下來(lái)。ACCA的考試是一個(gè)很漫長(zhǎng)的過(guò)程,我很慶幸能在大學(xué)畢業(yè)之前考完ACCA。除了自己的努力之外,學(xué)校、老師和同學(xué)的幫助,都在支持著我一路走下去,所以我要感謝浙江財(cái)經(jīng)學(xué)院的各位老師,串講老師和周圍的同學(xué)們。大學(xué)四年很快就過(guò)去了,現(xiàn)在我已經(jīng)畢業(yè)走入社會(huì),ACCA的考試帶給我的不僅僅是知識(shí)上的學(xué)習(xí),還是眼界的擴(kuò)大,自信的提高,這些對(duì)我職業(yè)的發(fā)展和今后人生的規(guī)劃都有很大的幫助。
