1.答題格式
1) 小題答題格式：
*9個(gè)答題要點(diǎn)
A simple phrase to summarize your point 使用一個(gè)詞組概括答題要點(diǎn)
+ Write your phrase above in a completesentence 換行后將上述詞組寫(xiě)成完整句子
+ Explain your point and apply in the case 解釋為什么或結(jié)合案例分析

2) 涉及Professional mark題答題格式：
Use an appropriate subject 一般使用*9人稱(chēng)答題，并站對(duì)立場(chǎng)（如作為管理層，需要站在公司的立場(chǎng)等）
Correct format ,such as letter, speech,memo 使用正確的格式
Fluent present with an Introduction, an ending and transition sections. 正確使用開(kāi)始段引入，問(wèn)題與問(wèn)題間要有流暢過(guò)度，最后要有結(jié)尾段。
2. 注意題目關(guān)鍵詞：
Define 給出定義即可
Explain 定義+知識(shí)點(diǎn)展開(kāi)
Identify 找出內(nèi)容
Describe 定義+主要特點(diǎn)
Contrast/Distinguish 比較兩樣或幾樣的異同，即各自的定義和區(qū)別
Analyse 分析現(xiàn)在情況，經(jīng)常需利弊都講
Assess/Discuss 考量?jī)?yōu)缺點(diǎn)等，考量看法的準(zhǔn)確性。需要將正反利弊情況都講
Explore 不僅要從書(shū)本上分析，還要考慮case和case外的論點(diǎn)(use common sense)
Recommend 提出建議
Construct the case for 支持觀點(diǎn)，并提供supporting
Construct the case against 反對(duì)觀點(diǎn)，并提供supporting
Criticize批評(píng)某個(gè)觀點(diǎn)，并提供supporting(通常與best practice不相符)
Evaluate/Critically *uate 從雙方面討論（支持/反對(duì)）
