　　Role and Responsibilities:
　　1.Processcontrol
　　To control related accounting policy per IFRS or group requirements to ensurefinancial data’s accuracy；To improve AP workingprocess from
　　2. Customer engagement
　　Set up effective customer communication channel and conduct periodic customercommunication to strengthen cooperation between FiSS and customers and improvecustomer satisfaction.
　　3. Performance management
　　Process team KPI and target setting, which should match with FiSS overalldevelopment strategy.
　　Regular performance review and take initiative action for performanceimprovement.
　　4. People management
　　Process team structure organization.
　　Prepare development plan, coach and foster employee, develop talent pool forFiSS.
　　5. Project management
　　5.1 Lead process improvement project of the team.
　　5.2 Support global & regional projects.
　　6. Other related finance and accounting activities or ad-hoc tasksassigned 5%

　　2.Central finance expert teams or controlling team of GSC plants

　　Competence:
　　1. Educationand Qualification:
　　1.1 Bachelor degree in accounting or finance related major, MBA or MPAccis a plus.
　　1.2CPA or equivalent qualification such as ACCA, AICPA,CIA is a plus.
　　2. Over 10 years financial accounting experience in MNC or accounting firm.More than 3 years manager position experience in MNC.
　　3. Familiar ERP system implementation like SAP and Oracle.
　　4. Be familiar with IFRS, China tax policy, strong sense of internal controland risk control.
　　5. Good command of English in both speaking and writing.
　　6.Experience in Financial Shared Service Center is a great plus.
