　　Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
　　1)Duties include drafting press releases for corporate and financial news, organizing quarterly earnings announcements as well as other IR events, and fulfilling investor requests
　　2) Provide in depth financial markets and industry research and intelligence
　　3) Assist IR team with investor communication and shareholder analysis
　　4) Liaise with external constituents of the IR program including IR agency, legal counsel, media, investors, and etc...
　　5) Liaise with internal departments including Marketing, HR, Finance, SEC Reporting, and etc...
　　6) Provide limited assistance to executive management and the Board of Directors
　　Qualifications & Skills
　　1)Bachelor degree or above; finance, accounting, English, communications majors or MBA preferred
　　2) At least 6 years of experience in multinational companies in management consulting, finance, or communications functions
　　3)Must have worked in English speaking environment; overseas living experience preferred
　　4)Strong interpersonal and communications skills
　　5) Leadership qualities
　　6) ACCA preferred
