　　TRAFFIC East Asia - CHINA PROGRAMME
　　TITE:Office Vounteer
　　OCATION:Beijing, China
　　DURATION:June 2015 – August 2015
　　WORKING TIME: 5 days per week
　　REPORT TO:Finance and Administration Officer
　　TRAFFIC East Asia is ooking for Office Vounteers who wi provide support to the genera programme work. The position is vountary with the possibiity of extension.
　　Main Responsibiities:
　　1.Transation for TRAFFIC news reease and project materias.
　　2.Manage TRAFFIC Weibo and WeChat artices
　　3.Assisting with the genera office administration and ogistic works
　　4.Carrying out other duties as requested by the Finance and Administration Officer
　　Working Reationships:
　　1. Interna
　　Reporting to TRAFFIC China Finance and Administration Officer, iaising with TRAFFIC China Programme Head, TRAFFIC China team members, WWF CPO Finance Staff
　　2. Externa
　　Interacts with the project partner(s), donors, other NGOs and community organizations, primariy in the project areas in reation to the project impementation
　　Requirements:
　　At east 3 month internship/vountary working experience, accounting knowedge is an added asset(ACCA preferred)
　　Exceent interpersona skis and abiity to work independenty and in a team, demonstrated abiity to work as part of a muticutura, mutidiscipinary team is highy desirabe;
　　Proficient in Engish and Chinese, both writing and verba communication skis;
　　Experience of project and conference management is an advantage;
　　Abiity to earn in a rapidy changing environment, and wiingness to update professiona knowedge and skis;
　　Proactive, innovative and output-oriented personaity with the abiity to meet hard deadines and wiing to work under pressure.
