　　Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
　　Leading project financial control team for below objectives:
　　Daily process control on project bidding and execution
　　Review and analyze financial result of projects (Team) on monthly basis
　　Deliver financial reports for team performance measurements
　　Support solution team leader with project review, KPI analysis and target achievements;
　　Coordinate equipment plant for project cost control and margin analysis;
　　Lead business forecast for solution business and support BU finance team for finance analysis;
　　Custody of project control environment and process implementation;
　　Lead and coach project team for performance improvement and problem solving;
　　Ad hoc tasks;
　　Qualifications & Skills
　　REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
　　4-years University education related to Finance
　　Internal/External management training
　　REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
　　3 years in multi-national entity
　　?Having accounting, costing, P/L analysis experience
　　1 years Project control experience on long term project management;
　　OTHER REQUIREMENTS
　　Good team player with integrity;
　　Self-motivated with high sense of responsibility.
　　Customer oriented and results driven.
　　Strong communication skills.
　　Good command of Excel and written/oral English.
　　ACCA preferred
