  Position1:  PTP Team Leader
  Work location: Hangzhou
  Key Responsibility
  1. Supervise PTP (AP) team on daily operational matters;
  2. Improve the standards of team members’ performance; provide training and guidance to team members;
  3. Introduce process improvements initiative in AP area and is responsible for SLA adherence for AP process;
  4. Ensuring customer queries are satisfactorily addressed for and handling first level of escalation
  5. Motivate staff and allocate workload to team members;
  6. Coordinate with customer, IT support and external and internal auditors for any audit request.
  Requirements:
  1. Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting;
  2. 6+ years of working experience in accounting. AP experience is a must and solid team management skill;
  3. Can work under high pressure, especially during month end closure period;
  4. Good command of both written and oral English;
  5. Strong team building and handling skill;
  6. Grasp of MS-Office skill and solid SAP experience;

  Position 2: RTR Team leader
  Work location: Hangzhou
  Key Responsibility:

  2. More than 6 years of working experience in GL area, solid team management skill

  Position 3: ICS 審計專員
  This is an internal control related role and requires candidate’s experience gained from either internal audit in commercial environment or big 4 audit background with good English language skills. The role requires high volume of communication with global clients.
  Key Responsibility:
  1、負責完善財務團隊內控建設及培訓,針對各個流程進行內控評估以及風險評估,識別流程中的風險點并配置相應的控制點。
  2、協(xié)調跟進各個流程,測試與風險點對應的控制點是否被有效執(zhí)行,出具內控評價報告。
  3、定期出具內審報告,提出整改措施并跟進各流程整改情況。
  4、及時與客戶端進行溝通,并提供所需要的財務資料以及應對外部會計師事務所審計,處理審計中的問題等。
  Requirement:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of auditing experience, good understanding of internal audit process;
  2. Fluent English skill;
  3. Good communication and coordination skill (is responsible for leading overall status review and follow up cross functions);
  4. Provide training and guidance to functions coordinator.
