F1是ACCA考試中*9門課，是在原大綱ACCA1.3的基礎(chǔ)上加了財(cái)會(huì)，審計(jì)等內(nèi)容的一門課。
　　-F1考官Bob Souster介紹：

　　F1課程目的：
　　To develop knowledge and understanding of the business
　　environment and the influencethis has on
　　how organisations and accountants operate，
　　and of the role of the accountant
　　and other key business functions in contributing to an efficient，
　　effective and ethical organisation，
　　and to build knowledge and understanding of the
　　basic principles of effective management.
　　F1的內(nèi)容：
　　F1這門課的內(nèi)容很雜，主要涉及到以下三門主要學(xué)科：組織行為學(xué)，人力資源管理，會(huì)計(jì)和審計(jì)。其中F1內(nèi)組織行為學(xué)的內(nèi)容包括：組織結(jié)構(gòu)，個(gè)體，群體，團(tuán)隊(duì)管理，組織文化，管理原理和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論，激勵(lì)理論，和溝通原理等，人力資源管理方面內(nèi)容包括：招聘選拔，公平工作機(jī)會(huì)和多樣化員工管理，員工培訓(xùn)和開發(fā)，績效考評，和工作健康和安全等，會(huì)計(jì)和審計(jì)方面內(nèi)容包括：會(huì)計(jì)職能，內(nèi)審?fù)鈱彛瑑?nèi)部控制，公司治理，和欺詐等。除了這三門主要學(xué)科外，F(xiàn)1還涉及到經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)，市場學(xué)，戰(zhàn)略管理，職業(yè)道德，信息管理和時(shí)間管理等內(nèi)容。
　　The F1 syllabus is broad and demands a knowledge and comprehension of
　　concepts relating to organizations and management as well as basic
　　accounting
　　functions and activities.
　　雖然F1的內(nèi)容包羅萬象，但根據(jù)大綱要求它只屬于Fundamental Level，所以只是basic understanding
　　就好，并不需要應(yīng)用。F1要求學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)一定要通看課本和老師講義，而且應(yīng)該做大量閱讀，注意廣度，以理解為主，不要對某方面知識死鉆牛角尖。F1的學(xué)習(xí)絕對不可猜題，復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)也絕對不可有遺漏或空白。
　　Achieving a pass in F1 requires a broad-
　　based approach， balancing the need to cover all areas of syllabus
　　without necessarily having to expore individual topics in any great
　　depth.
　　The deeper understanding is tested at the higher levels of the ACCA
　　qualification in papers such as P3.
　　F1 的考試準(zhǔn)備
　　要想通過F1考試，平時(shí)的努力很重要。平時(shí)應(yīng)大量閱讀課本，講師講義，和課外相關(guān)內(nèi)容的參考書。一定要理解相關(guān)內(nèi)容，這門課死記硬背是無效的。
　　另外，英語詞匯量和閱讀速度也是至關(guān)重要的，如果題目讀不懂，肯定答不出來。所以平時(shí)學(xué)員要多練習(xí)英文閱讀，提高英語詞匯量(包括常用詞匯和專業(yè)詞匯)。
　　所以，總結(jié)一句：F1的通過=大量閱讀+理解+記憶關(guān)鍵理論或關(guān)鍵詞
　　F1的考試技巧
　　首先，F(xiàn)1的考試時(shí)間是兩個(gè)小時(shí)，50道選擇題(其中40道2分題，10道1分題)。根據(jù)我多年教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，如果復(fù)習(xí)充分的話，2個(gè)小時(shí)的考試時(shí)間是很充裕的，很多學(xué)員可以在一個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)完成考試并且通過。如果時(shí)間很緊張，多半是因?yàn)閺?fù)習(xí)的不充分，內(nèi)容記不準(zhǔn)，無法選擇。最近幾次考試中多了一些小的案例分析題，目的是測試學(xué)生是否真正理解了內(nèi)容。
　　比如：
　　Richard is a valuable member of his team.
　　He is enthusiastic and curious， highly communicative and
　　has a capacity for contacting people and exploring anything new.
　　Which of Belbin’s team roles does Richard fulfil?
　　最后，一定要把四個(gè)答案都看完后再選擇，因?yàn)?，有兩三個(gè)答案可能都有道理，要選a1的。
