一、申請(qǐng)OBU學(xué)位的條件

1.注冊(cè)過(guò)這個(gè)學(xué)位(可以在My ACCA中查看此學(xué)位的狀態(tài)是否為opted-in)

2.參加F7,F(xiàn)8,F(xiàn)9科目考試前提交英語(yǔ)成績(jī)

3.通過(guò)前九門考試(F7,F(xiàn)8,F(xiàn)9不可以免考)

4.完成道德模塊測(cè)試(Professional Ethics module )

 
二、英語(yǔ)成績(jī)證明提交

在2014年6月及之前通過(guò)的F4考試可以直接當(dāng)做英語(yǔ)證明,無(wú)需另外提交;

在2014年12月及之后通過(guò)F4考試需另外提交英語(yǔ)成績(jī)證明,如大學(xué)英語(yǔ)六級(jí),雅思,托福等(需要翻譯后加蓋公章)

 
三、提交的論文包括哪些東西

A. 7500字Research Report (RR);

B. 2000字Skills and Learning Statement(SLS)(包括15分鐘Presentation on the project to your project mentor,需提交PPT);

這兩個(gè)部分要全部都通過(guò)才可以拿到學(xué)位,如哪個(gè)部分沒過(guò),下次只提交那個(gè)部分就好,每個(gè)學(xué)員共有3次提交機(jī)會(huì),但每次都需繳納評(píng)審費(fèi)。學(xué)員需要找一名導(dǎo)師來(lái)輔導(dǎo)論文寫作,并進(jìn)行3次面談(每次30分鐘,第三次做15分鐘presentation)。 目前全球論文通過(guò)率只有50%。

Research and analysis report(RR):

它共有20個(gè)題目可以選擇,題目?jī)?nèi)容包羅萬(wàn)象,涉及很多內(nèi)容。以第8個(gè)題目為例:需要分析一個(gè)公司最近3年的financial and business performance.

Skills and learning statement(SLS):

它要回答四個(gè)問題:怎樣跟導(dǎo)見三次面的?論文的研究目標(biāo)如何達(dá)到的?怎么跟老師溝通的?論文的寫作對(duì)你的學(xué)習(xí)和工作有多大幫助?這個(gè)SLS只有過(guò)和不過(guò)。決定這個(gè)SLS是否通過(guò)的方面有:語(yǔ)言,溝通,是否通過(guò)這個(gè)論文寫作有收獲和感悟,IT技術(shù)使用(PPT)等方面。

 
四、論文選題范圍

通過(guò)ACCA前9門的學(xué)員都有資格申請(qǐng)ACCA-OBU榮譽(yù)學(xué)士學(xué)位,論文題目可以在以下范圍內(nèi)選擇,其他題目需另行申請(qǐng)。

  1) An analysis and *uation of an organisation's budgetary control system and its links with performance management and decision making.

  2) An *uation of how the introduction of a new technology can assist an organisation in achieving its business objectives.

  3) An assessment of the potential impact of an aspect of impending legislation on the operations and financial position of an organisation.

  4) A review of the business management and accounting issues of environmental costs of an organisation.

  5) An *uation of the use of short term and long term Islamic financial instruments and their impact on the financial statements of an organisation.

  6) A critical review of key factors or indicators in the motivation of employees in an organisation.

  7) A critical *uation of the restructuring of an organisation's operational activities and the effect on the organisation's financial performance.

  8) An analysis and *uation of the business and financial performance of an organisation over a three year period.

  9) A critical *uation of the planning and implementation of an information system in an organisation.

  10) A review of the effectiveness of the use of costing techniques within an organisation.

  11) An investigation into the financial and operational costs and benefits of the internal audit / internal review activities within an organisation.

  12) An investigation into the possible effects of a proposed accounting standard on the financial statements and business activities of an organisation.

  13) An *uation of the contribution made by human resource activities to the attainment of business and financial objectives.

  14) An appraisal of the business and financial objectives of a strategic investment decision made by an organisation and its impact on key stakeholders.

  15) An analysis and *uation of the management of an organisation's working capital over a three year period and its impact on the organisation's funding strategies.

  16) A critical *uation of the financial and operational risk management within an organisation.

  17) An assessment of the quality of the corporate governance within an organisation and the impact on an organisation's key stakeholders.

  18) A review of the marketing strategy of an organisation and its effectiveness.

  19) An analysis and *uation of the financial and operational consequences of a merger between two organisations or of the acquisition of one organisation by another.

  20) An assessment of an organisation's corporate social responsibility policies, including business ethics, and their impact on business practice and key stakeholders.

 
五、學(xué)位等級(jí)評(píng)定

論文(RR)通過(guò)共有A,B,或C三個(gè)分?jǐn)?shù),論文的分?jǐn)?shù)和該學(xué)員ACCA前九門平均成績(jī)綜合起來(lái)可確定該生學(xué)位的級(jí)別(見下圖)。牛津布魯克斯大學(xué)會(huì)計(jì)本科學(xué)位共有:First class, Upper second class, Lower second class, Third class等4個(gè)級(jí)別。決定這個(gè)RR是否通過(guò)的方面有:語(yǔ)言,溝通,分析是否深入,IT技術(shù)使用,參考資料使用及格式等方面。
 

六、論文提交方式

通過(guò)網(wǎng)上提交的方式上傳,一年有兩次提交的機(jī)會(huì),分別在五月和十一月。
