(1) ACCA 考試從ACCA 考試科目F2 – F5 – P5，單純記憶的比例逐漸降低，評價分析能力要求逐步提高，單純靠背基本知識和答案只能拿到30左右的成績。

(2) 盡管單純靠背誦基礎(chǔ)知識，只能拿到30分左右的成績，但基礎(chǔ)知識的理解和掌握是‘神’，只有很好的理解了基礎(chǔ)知識才能去運用，去評價分析考官的案例。

(3) 一定記住要跟考官案例的實際情況進行結(jié)合來應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)知識，沒有跟案例結(jié)合的應(yīng)用都是‘?？荚嚨牧髅?rsquo;。

(4) 最重要的是：一定準(zhǔn)確分析考官要求的內(nèi)涵和實質(zhì)，不要答非所問，否則‘累死也無功’。
